Great, But
The desktop organizer was straightforward to assemble and adds good functionality to my wife's desk. However it would be even more useful if there was an option to add two more drawers.

Desktop organizer
I was able to assemble the unit with little stress.
Excellent instructions came with. The desktop organizer and the actually desk (a separate purchase in my case) appear to be well constructed.
