Unhappy With Presharpened
Normally, I love Ticonderoga pencils but I don't typically buy the presharpened. Although it saved me time giving presharpened pencils to my students, now that they are dull they sharpen unevenly in the pencil sharpener (and I've tried 2 different styles of pencil sharpeners). Ticonderoga Wooden Pencils - #2_ are the BEST. The pencils are not "eaten up" by the electric pencil sharpener when the pencil points have worn down and need to be sharpened. Perfect pencils!
As a teacher I know that actually writing with a novelty pencil can be fun, but when the graphite keeps breaking, and the pencil sharpener can’t get through ‘the coating’ it quickly becomes frustrating. Ticonderoga pencils have none of those issues! In fact, most school order them specifically for important test-taking.
