4" 3 ring binders
The binders were great. I've already filled 2 of them and am working on a 3rd. They fit my genealogy records just fine!

Heavy Duty 4 3 Ring Binder With D-Rings Black 4/Pack(56235CT/2
The rings do not keep tight; therefore, the paper sheets fall out and it is a mess every time the binder is opened.
The plastic gets torn easily, and the binder looks old and the appearance is unappealing.

Very Satisfactory, No Complaints
I have been pleased with these binders. I have a dozen, in various sizes, for different files. The only reason I knock off a star is because stores usually don't have a complete inventory of all sizes on hand. The binders, to my thinking, are sturdy.

Not best quality
The view plastic is not heavy duty and ripped when the label was gently pealed off. Binder was otherwise fine just the clear part is made of inexpensive and not clear like I thought I ordered.
