Can't remove the cap
Can't seem to get the cap off any of the pens. I'm not weak but I also don't think I should be required to use this much force to take the cap off. I am afraid the tip will come off if I forcibly remove the cap.

Super-Sharp Sharpie

Stuck buying 5
I was stuck buying 5 because there were no single or double packs. I also believe your prices are on the high side for almost everything you sell. I also wanted to order a rubber stamp and was told I had to go online. When I compared you to Amazon I went with Amazon.

Need to invent an ink remover pen...
Need a tool to remove the permanent ink from smaller objects. The pen is ideal for labeling small tubes and such, but need a remover!!!

Fine tip marker
I wish I could have bought only two indeead of five, The cap fits so tightly that I can hardly get it off but still the markjer's dry out before all the ink is depleted. Other than that it is OK>

not as good as RED store brand
These markers are great and permanent (depending on the surface, they will eventually wear off. For example, they wear off on composite stone beads). However, once uncapped and lightly used, they dry very quickly.... in about a couple of months despite being recapped tightly. The staples brand RED are MUCH better and don't dry for more than a year. But, there were none ...

The Sharpie ultra fine line, black, is a dark ink, no smear since it dries quickly and no bleed next to neighboring print and with hand- control creates detail accuracy when applied. The 5-pack best; one in the car, the briefcase, the home office, etc!
