Can't remove the cap
Can't seem to get the cap off any of the pens. I'm not weak but I also don't think I should be required to use this much force to take the cap off. I am afraid the tip will come off if I forcibly remove the cap.

Fine point marker
It's a very good product. It's fine point is just what I needed to permanently mark the keys I needed to mark with small space to write in.

Useful especially on slick paper
I need to mark glossy paper, and a rubber stamp won't do the trick - the ink is slow to dry and pages stick together. But marking the papers with these Sharpies, if I give just a moment for the ink to dry, is much better, and very legible.

Thin sharpies
This particular Sharpie pen takes highlighter writing very well...meaning you can literally use a highlight pen on the writing as soon as you write with a gel or regular ink pen and it doesn't smear.

are the points a scam?
When I bought these I had over 5400 points yet nothing for a credit vs purchase. Not even for cartridges I turned in that use to be $1.00 each. If your new plan is designed to increase the number of former customers I'm pleased to report its working well. PS the sharpies are very nice

Super-Sharp Sharpie
These markers are excellent for putting addresses, names, and information in very small spaces. They write on virtually anything, and are smooth and easy to use.

Stuck buying 5
I was stuck buying 5 because there were no single or double packs. I also believe your prices are on the high side for almost everything you sell. I also wanted to order a rubber stamp and was told I had to go online. When I compared you to Amazon I went with Amazon.

Need to invent an ink remover pen...
Need a tool to remove the permanent ink from smaller objects. The pen is ideal for labeling small tubes and such, but need a remover!!!
