The go to mop
I have been using this mop for years and couldn’t be more pleased with it. I just bought the new model a few days ago. And it’s awful. The pad doesn’t clean like this one. The head of the mop is so much bigger that it’s hard to get all those smaller spaces. This one is perfect for that. And the new formula of the cleaning spray for new mop is horrible!! Wet Jet mop has a very short life!!
Keep your receipt and confirm product is working prior to 30 days from purchase! Quality has gone down significantly since the Wet Jet hit the market. I am purchasing a new one every three months after trouble shooting. Procter and Gamble cares more about profit than sustainability or customer satisfaction.

Not worth the $34 price
The needle almost always comes out when I replace the bottle of cleaner. It’s not really worth it. Plus why does it have batteries I’ve never seen a mop that needs batteries.

Motor died during first use
Bought this and it barely made it through one use before it wouldn’t squirt anymore & sounded like it was dying. I put new batteries in and it was still doing the same thing. The store wouldn’t let me exchange it as I didn’t have my receipt.

It may be what I need but the problem is not what
The product stops working and it has nothing to do with the battery. I have changed the batteries and have bought a new mop and the same thing is happening again after a few months this time. What is the problem with these mops, I don't have money to buy a new one every two to three months.

Product is defective
Product only lasted through one cleaning. It still has fluid, I put fresh batteries in and it still will not work.

Do not waste your money, the new mops are junk.
I used to love our Swiffer mop. Then it stopped working and we bought a replacement. That one was never as good as the first, had a very weak spray, and only lasted about 3 weeks. Now it too is dead. I'm so disappointed, as we have like 10 bottles of the solution, but no way to use them. I will not be purchasing a third mop from Swiffer. We will be finding a different b...

This product is low quality
I was about to buy my third one within a year but by reading the comments, i will not. I have tried to change batteries but it doesn’t work anymore. Talk about waiste of money!!!

Stop working 3 strikes
This my third swifter jet I’ve purchased and all stop working! Very disappointed in the product. When it works it’s great but I can’t use a non functioning mop.

Would not buy again based on my experience
Very disappointed. Wish I would have seen all the reviews prior to purchase. The swifter only worked for 6 months. Tried several new batteries and yes they were in correctly

Do not buy

Newer not always better.
Had one for years that finally quit. It snapped at the upper handle near the button. Took 4 batteries. New takes 2 batteries and doesn't seem to work as well. Can't find the 4 battery jobs anymore. Too bad.

Only worked for 18 months I
Had a Swiffer Wet Jet that worked great for over 20 years. It finally quit working last year and I bought a new one. 18 months later, this one no longer works. New batteries made no difference. I'm trying to find a different brand to try.

i had to do practice cat about this product and to say the least, this thing? is so useless. just get a mop.its cheaper and kids dont have to eat pb&j. this one product is going to sell my whole grade. this product sucks do not buy.
