I wore this sleeve while working and also during our "intense" neighborhood basketball game. It is exactly what is says it is; nothing more, nothing less. The seams and neoprene will hold up to use. Only negative I experienced was it started to slide off with sweat but that tends to be normal for a non Velcro sleeve.
