I bought this for a special occasion, but when I went to use them, one by one they failed. They were dried up and I will be returning them to the store for a refund.

This is a reliable product however they must've been sitting on the shelf for sometime, they were on sale and when I took them home they were basically already dried out

I just open a brand new packet of permanent marker and it has no ink after 15-20 minutes, use the 2nd marker, then the 3rd marker also dry with hardly any ink. Not sure what wrong with this packet!

I use these all the time
I can't live without broad and fine black markers. There is always something to label.
The only drawback is that the ink does leak through paper sometimes.
