Strap hardware broke after second use.
I was hoping that this duffel bag was sturdier. The first time I used it, I only used it for an hour and a half. The next time I tried to put the strap over my shoulder, the clasp broke off a section of the loop that connects it to the bag. There is enough left that it can still clasp onto what remains, but anything more than light movement causes it to slip. Both times...
