Pentel 24/7 Highlighters: photocopy transparent
The highlighters do what I wanted them to do - brightly, boldly accent written materials, yet become invisible on black-print photocopies. That way, I can maintain a "clean" copy for future mark-up. I've used 24/7 highlighters to "dry" in the past, and hoped the new pen inks had not been reformulated for some reason. Other manufacturers' pens I have tried have not been...
