Good size and shape
Compact, but big enough for plenty of pens and pencils. Tall enough for scissors without my pens and markers getting lost. Dropped it on my melamine floor at school with no cracks or scratches.

it did not completly help me organize my desk. I had to go find something else.
My desk was a mess. I had to constantly move things before I could do any work. I bought this object to keep my writing instruments and my bills and checkstubs in. The cup is not big enough for all that. My wife found a collection of plastic trays at another store She gave me some of hers and those helped clear up my work area.

Nice Pen Cup
Pen cup has nice clean lines and looks great on my daughter's desk. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of 5 is because the sides of the cup are a bit lower (by about 1/2 inch) than I would have liked.

Useful pen cup
I needed something to hold some pens and my TV controllers on the table by my chair. This works perfectly. Doesn't take up much room and the cats don't knock it over. So I give it five stars

When I got my new job, I wanted some fancy desk equipment, so I've ended up with most of the white Poppin set. The pen cup is cute, and does hold more pens, etc, than I thought but it's also kind of noisy. Whenever I drop a pen in there, I feel like the whole office knows. On a nicer note, the little section in the back is the perfect width for the corresponding scissor...
