I wanted to replace the lead in my 0.9 mm mechanical pencil. At a big box competitor, one could only get the lead (and erasers) when purchasing a "set" that included 2 additional mechanical pencils. There was nothing wrong with my pencils; I only needed lead replacements.

Good dark lead for an old AutoPoint Mechanical Pencil
I was guessing about the 0.9mm size, but it was just right and writes dark and smooth. A very pleasant revival for an old but still good pencil!
