Finally Found the Lead Refill I Want!
The lead refill is exactly what I am looking for. Thanks to the Customer Service person in the store who helped me in locating it in their store website and helped me placed the order while in the store.

Exactly what I needed for a great price and delivered to me free
I have 2 Bic mechanical pencils I bought from Staples in 1992. I ran out of lead so I could either buy new pencils or lead. I purchased a tube with 12 refill leads for $1.49 online. It was delivered "free" to my house sooner than listed in the confirmation notice. Overall I think this was a fantastic deal since it would have cost me more than $1.49 to drive to Staples...

refills are exactly right BUT the packing was ridiculous . Box way to big for leads could have been in a cushioned envelope

Pentel Super Hi-Polymer Leads 0.7 mm soft/Tube
Very happy with my purchase. I am a hard pressure writer and need the thicker 0.7 lead so that it does not constantly break. Quill's service is excellent and shipments are expedited even at holidays.

PENTEL SOFT LEAD
AS AN ACCOUNTING FIRM WE ALL LOVE THE PENTEL SOFT LEAD. ITS STRONG BUT SOFT ENOUGH TO GIVE A GOOD IMAGE WITHOUT HAVING TO PRESS SO HARD YOU HURT YOUR FINGER.

Nice Dark Print! Smooth Writing Lead.
I love the soft lead (B). It shows up better on gloss paper has a darker print than the other harder leads. I wish Quill had this soft lead (B) in the .9mm Pentel Refill. I use these Pentel Pencils on a daily basis.
