yellowish in color
wasn’t really transparent because it has a yellow tint to it. wouldn’t buy again

Transparent tape
I love the tape. I failed to notice that the tape was only 1/2 inch and was a little disappointed in the size. This was my fault and not Staples. Be sure to read dimensions when ordering this tape.

The tape is fine.
My tape dispenser is another story. I found a medium-size beauty at a flea market years ago and had to buy it. Possibly vintage, definitely old, a lightly glossy gray, and heavy. No company name shown on the dispenser.
The Highland tape fits well but I think the blade on the dispenser isn't sharp enough to cut the tape easily. I need to pull a bit ...

Adequate, but skinny
It's not anyone's fault, but if you are looking for 'regular'-sized tape, this is not the one. I should have checked the width, but I prefer the larger size. There is always a reason for the least expensive!

Stop fumbling with little tape dispensers!
Two fingers - that is all you need to use this tape. It stays put on your desk or work station. You don't need to look for it because it is always there, right where you put it. You don't have to keep recycling the empty tape holder because these last longer. Use quality Staples tape, it won't split and you won't waste tape digging your nail around the roll looking for ...
