Not A Professional Tool
This is not a professional tool. This is the same size as the Swiffer I use at home! As a business, I expected a larger size. I have a lot of ground to cover. I could have just as easily brought my Swiffer from home to the office.

it looks good, it's light weight, the reason I bought it. But the instructions are vague. I'm afraid to unfold the towelette for fear of tearing it. The instuctions don't explain how to do that. So I haven't used it yet
