retractble is the way to go!!
Loved the retractable Sharpies. they don't seem to dry out nearly as fast as the snap-on cap and so easy to retract when through for even a second. Loved the ease and consistant ink output

Poor delivery
Staples used a local company to make the delivery, and they failed to deliver. They left order on dock with a signature of a person who was out that day. Took over 10 minutes to get a credit.

Came right on time!
The package was delivered as scheduled, and every pen actually worked (I've ordered them from other sites before and was sent dry, dead Sharpies -- not from Staples!).What more could I ask for?!

These pens are necessary for work. They do the job beautifully (the ultra fine points are too thin a marker) and click back into the pen, preventing red marks on shirts and pants.

Sharpie retractable fine point permanent markers, red 12/pk (32702)
Received shipment on time. These markers do not smudge or smear. They do not dry out like the regular makers, having to always remember to put the caps back on.

I love these
The only way they could make these better would be to somehow make them so that they don't dry out when accidentally left open.
