Love this pencil
From the comfort grip, to the writing quality, to the effectiveness of the eraser, this pencil has it all. This pencil holds up with heavy use, and lasts quite a bit longer than other mechanical pencils.

I love these mechanical pencils!
These are my favorite mechanical pencils. They work well, the erasers are covered to keep them clean when I throw them in a bag. The body of the pen is sturdier than cheaper models.

BIC changed their Velocity pencil in the last few years. The pencil shown on the box is the old style, with a soft comfort grip. The pencils inside are the new style. The grip is different as is the writing on and feel of the clip.

BIC(R) Velocity Mechanical Pencils, 0.7mm
These are good pencils for a good price. They work smoothly, are refillable, and are comfortable to work with. I order for a department of engineers, and they like them. The Velocity comes in 0.7mm and 0.9mm lead size, which covers what my engineers appreciate. I will continue to buy this variety.

BIC® Velocity® Mechanical Pencils, Blue Barrel, 0.7mm,
Pencil writes nicely and is comfortable to hold. Eraser seems to smudge, otherwise pencil serves its purpose.

Like this pencil alot except that the eraser is not refillable. So, you have to throw a perfectly good mechanical pencil away once you use all the eraser.

GREAT PENCIL
I use this for doing crosswords. It never tears the paper and erases easily. Very comfortable to hold with arthritic fingers.

This pencil lead never breaks!!!
I usually don't like using mechanical pencils because they always break. This one is exceptional.
