EnerGize Mechanical Pencil
Very comfortable in the hand. Just the right amount of texture on the grip. Very stylish appearance. Needed a little more heft so I added a length of brass tubing inside the barrel. Good solid lead advance. I like the cap retention and the retractable feature.

Loved (For a Short Time)
I loved these pencils so much upon receiving them that I purchased (5) more. Now after two years of use I own 10 mechanical pencils that do not feed the lead into the barrel and/or the lead pushes back up into the barrel rendering them useless.

It is easy to use it looks elegant it feels very well-balanced the dumb "bare eraser" look is gone and is placed demurely under the metal cap. It fits and looks like an elegant fountain pen-which is a PLUS !

Excellent for drawing
I love this pencil! It's very comfortable to hold lightweight and the lead is absolutely perfect. I'm a watercolor painter and may spend 20 hours drawing out a painting. This pencil is exactly right. I'm so glad I bought it!

Lead size
Disappointed it was a 7mm lead instead of 5mm. Thicker lead is soft and larger line than fine 5mm size. Sorry I bought it.

Lightweight comfortable pencil
The grip is nice and large non slip. It feels good in my hand. The .5mm is nice for more precise writing. The pencil itself is light weight. This is not a heavy weight metal pencil it’s plastic which is something I was not expecting. I do find that I like the lighter weight.

Perfect Mechanical Pencil
I use these pencils to take field notes; I've not had the lead break yet! The eraser is easy to access and large (unlike some found in mechanical pencils) and it is certainly capable of handling correction of minor mistakes. I highly recommend this pencil!

Great Mechanical Pencil
I love this mechanical pencil! This is a replacement for the original one that I bought many many years ago. Love the solid feel of it while writing and love how great it writes!

YOU WASTE TO MUCH!
I had to laugh in this world of waste less use less safe the planet the size of the box was ridiculous. The box was use could have been the size for a printer used to ship not a small single pencil. Maybe for a package of say 100 000 pencils. I know that making sure the product is shipped without damage but this was just a box with the pencil thrown in. IT DEFI...

Poor quality
Save yourself the hassle. The bottom loosens all the time. The mechanical part that extrudes the lead quite often gets clogged. The erasers are the worst good luck using them more than once or twice. The steel cap over the eraser is forever coming off. No way I can recommend these. We are going to try the twist erase to see if the quality is any better. I have so...

Great Mechanical Pencil
These Pentel mechanical pencils have been my favorite writing instrument for years. They are sturdy and reliable. The leads feed well and do not break often. The pencil delivers a consistent fine line. They are a great value.

Pentel EnerGize mechanical pencil
I was disappointed with this pencil. The bottom section keeps loosening on its own. Frustrating to write with.

metal tab was loose
Loved the way it wrote but y5he small metal cap over the eraser was loose and it slipped off and gone. Doe5snt affect the usage just the look. I have contacted pentel for a replacement

I enjoy the pencil ✏️ but the lead is too light to see.. always a problem
Ink is too light- clients cannot see it- does not fax well- nor copy
