Flimsy, cheap product!
I had high hopes for these pencils as we weren't that pleased with our last batch of mechanical pencils from another vendor. Most annoying is that the lead skips, and it jiggles at the tip. After reading a couple other reviews, I found that this problem has happened to others too. I even went so far as to change out the lead in the hope that it was just a back batch of ...

Great Design and Value
These are wonderful mechanical pencils which have lead refills available. However, their cost is so inexpensive, I just buy new ones.

Looks nice but not worth it.
I have bought several packs thinking they were a good balance of cost and design. Decided to try one myself and am finding that the lead protector on the tip comes loose and causes the lead to break off. The eraser is too flimsy for my liking. On the plus side, it is a nice looking product and comfortable to write with. I think I need to continue my search for that good...

Summer school supplies
I am happy with the quick delivery and product. The only piece I found difficult to understand was the packing slip. There were $$$ and quantities without labels. To ensure my daughter received what she ordered I had her look in the box and confirm the delivered order was correct.

Tip loosens comes apart and can't be re-tightened
The little silver tip that holds the lead fits into a little white plastic piece that feeds the lead out. The silver tip comes apart from the white plastic and cannot be repaired or retightened. This makes the pencil have a very short life. Am requesting a refund since it is guaranteed by Zebra.
