Good quality but….
I bought this as I needed a new one after many years. However, my local Staples and perhaps others does not stock the lead. The holder came with a small piece in it and I still had some left over so I had enough. Just beware, you may have to special order the lead. It’s ridiculous that a store wouldn’t stock the lead for a lead holder they do stock. I even checked with ...

Meechanical drafting pencil
I am satisfied and happy to have found what I was looking for. The pencil is the brand I wanted, and it has an LED sharpener on top. It is easy to use.
I was disappointed that I could not get the graphite sticks for this pencil, but I was able to find them online. Customer service was spot-on and professional. I was pleased with this store, and it was very helpful.

Good for the long haul.
My Staedtler pencil was 40 years old, and it broke. I have used it a lot over those years. These pencils are still made in Germany. Built in lead sharpener. Great for hand drawing on paper. 2mm leads are harder to break and to find. But much stronger than those little 0.5 lead pencils that keep breaking.

Technical value pack mechanical pencil
I really like how these pencils feel in my hand when drawing on paper. They have a part where you can grip for more control when drawing concepts and portraits in my sketchbooks. I mostly use them during my free time. I do recommend people get these pencils if you're into art.
