the pen received was used based on the eraser that was practically black as someone has used it to erase. it also came apart but I put it back together. Otherwise Pentel are good pencils.

Nice pencil!
This pencil seems to be a good quality pencil and has a nice substantial feel. The lead is advanced by a button on the side. The eraser extends down into the pencil and looks like it will last a long time. Great pencil for the price!

Pentel Click 0.7mm Pencil #PD277TA
Great mechanical pencil. Worth every penny. Good replaceable eraser also! The point is not retractable. Using a softer lead (2B) makes the writing darker and easier to erase. I bought three and will buy more when needed.

The twist erase pencils are very good. I find most pencils to have weak lead and a flimsy feel. These feel good in your hand. A bit pricier than most but worth it.
The pens were ok.
I like fine point pens but not a big gel pen fan. The office liked them.

The barrel is a little small for my tastes. I prefer the Pental SIDEFX 0.5. Other than that, the pencil is good.
