Works Well, Two Piece Set
The squeegee itself works well. The reason for the 3 star rating is because this is a 2 piece set, which contains the handle and the straight rod of the squeegee. Twice I did not receive the handle. The third time after explaining to the representative, he was able to add a note so that I also received the handle.

Just a Handle
It only comes with the handle, no squeegee at all. Not sure why they say it is 18" when they don't even give you that part with it. You might want to let buyers know that it is ONLY THE HANDLE. No Rubber squeegee or anything. :/ The handle is great but pretty useless without the rest of it. Get the $5.00 squeegee with the longer handle, it is actually amazing!
