Nope!
I was thrilled to find non-fluorescent highlighters, but these are awful. They smear all text and bleed through most types of paper.

Avery highlighter
from the blandness of the page the words all jumbled together, i was confused and unable to extract the nuggets from within the written word AND THEN behold my new highlighter lay down its translucent color and the kaleidoscope of letters fell into order and all was right with the word.
