Middling at best.
1. Good that they are pre-sharpened but only 75% were fully sharpened 2. Lead smears 3. Disappointing eraser. These were bought because of latex-free erasers that were built in expecting them to erase similarly to hi-polymer with no paper erosion or telltale signs of having written something previously that needed erasing but no; impossible to erase without smudges.

Pencils
You never have enough pencils. I like to use them for making lists adding numbers etc! They were a great price!

Love these pencils
I like a pencil that writes bold and dark which these do even though they are ordinary #2 pencils.

Musician's Pencil
My wife needed a pencil whose lead was 'hard' rather than 'soft' so that penciled notes on sheet music would not smudge. She also needed a clean eraser: not the common reddish rubber one that often makes a mess but rather the off-white synthetic/?plastic that erases without smudging. This pencil has both plus the package has three dozen at a very appealing price.
