Hats off to Dell
This DVD recorder is the best. With the help of the DELL techs I found this wonderful product. It does everything I need and much much more.

Not plug-and-play
This is the first time I have been unhappy with a Dell purchase. The problem I have with this is I was told it was plug-and-play. It isn't. I plugged it an attempted to play it. It immediately asked me for $59 for software to run it. I paid it because I needed to use it. But I am very disappointed.

Great tool, much needed addition to my information arsenal.
Very handy and extremely useful. This compact tool is a must for so many applications. One of my best purchases.

Dell USB Slim DVD+/-RW Drive
Its an Ok DVD driver. Since there is nothing wrong with it, the question comes up - why are 2 stars taken off? Its because they insert a dvd with a free software in the box and when you try to upload it you spend the entire morning not being able to figure out why you dont have permission to upload this in yr own laptop. In the end, no gain and so much tie wasted.

Computer Problem?
I do not know why after start the laptop, the apps load last for 1 minute, such launch browser, open file explorer, etc.

A great way to be able to read CDs with laptop
I was genuinely surprised at how well this worked and how easy it was to connect.

Great DVD RW Drive
Great DVD RW Drive. If you have any old software that came on CD's this is a must. Works great and seamlessly integrates with my Dell XPS 13.

Good Purchase
Bought this to play CDs and DVDs that I have not already recorded, it is working just like I want it to, wish it had a longer cable but it works fine sitting on the top of my XPS so I can use one of the USBs.
