Not impressed
I bought this for a Christmas gift to myself and I was super excited to use my first ever soundbar. Got it Hooked up and was completely underwhelmed. I am old school so I remember Bose home speakers that were the 2 small stack speakers that had amazing sound. I figured the sound bar would Has little to no bass and it rattles. Defiintely better that the built in Samsung frame speakers, however it does not always connect when the TV is turned on. I frequently have to turn the Bose remote on again to re-connect. I did NOT have this problem with a previous Sony sound bar.
I wish you had the extra bass speaker available on sale...even as a re-furb. Current price WAY too much. Would be willin...

Very good sound
Sound is better than my former Sonos sound bar and Samsung Smart TV programmed it to respond to the hand controller without my having to do anything. Only issue is that power goes off after extended period of non-use and the only way I have been able to turn it back on is with the Bose controller. Would be nice if there was a way to do it with the Samsung controller, ...

A bit disappointing
I bout this a few weeks ago. Its programmed to come on with the TV but does so inconsistently. Frustrating to have to reset the TV sound so often. We now use it for special shows, etc. and change settings when we want to.

When Auto-Wake is on, your system automatically powers on when it detects sound. When Auto-Wake is off, the system only powers on when you press the power button on the remote.
To turn Auto-Wake on, on the remote control, press and hold the Power button for about five seconds until you hear a tone and the light on your product blinks amber. An ascending tone means Auto-Wake is on; a descending tone means Auto-Wake is off.

Excellent TV Speaker
I bought the Bose TV Speaker to hear my TV sound clearly! I already own Bose smart speaker, headphones and earbuds. Quality and performance! Bose never disappoints! I've had the speaker for 3 weeks and finally got my sound adjusted and bass boosted my way!

Bold sound quality
