Have not had a chance to use the scanners yet but will be soon. They are exactly as I ordered

NOT WORKING
Purchase last year, but didn't use until June 26 of this year. Scanner does not come with cord had to purchase separately. Finally plugged into computer and nothing. I have used other scanner that make a number of beeps to let you know it is working. 5 year limited warranty--Hopefully I can exchange for working scanner.
