[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although advertised by Samsung as ‘Bixby-Voice Ready’ and BJ’s as “Alexa Built-in Voice Assistant’ this model fails to perform. Bixby cannot be turned-on in models where the remote does not have a mic button and Alexa is simply not built-in.

I love everything about samsung,

I like it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really good TV. I bought it to replace my old Curved 55" Samsung 4K TV. This TV has outstanding picture quality compared to any of the other TVs I have owned. It would be great if Samsung brought back the air cursor though.

This TV has one of the best image qualities.

This television is a wonder to watch!!

Great overall TV with awesome features !

Solid TV with Great Picture Quality
I’ve been really happy with the 65-inch Neo QLED 4K QN85D so far. The picture quality is excellent once everything’s properly connected — bright, crisp, and with great color and contrast. Whether I’m watching movies, sports, or streaming shows, the image looks clean and detailed, even in a bright room.

Happy with TV

It fits well in the living room which is not terribly large, has a great picture, but took some getting used to navigating the features. I would like to see more print information packaged with the TV to make it more user friendly out of the box.

Amazing TV!!
