Dont buy
After using for 6 months the TV screen went crazy

One Connection Box issue

Not so great
i bought this TV Aug 2024 and on Nov 2025, conveniently 2 months after warranty expires, there is a One Connection Box issue and i can't view anything plugged in the HDMIs. The worst product. I previously had a Samsung Plasma Tv that lasted for almost 10 years.

Frame TV Review
I absolutely love my frame tv. The picture quality is outstanding. Its a peace of art that transforms my living room. Picture quality is outstanding with vibrant colors, sharp details and excellent brightness. Family and friends who visited my home absolutely loved it and are planning to buy it too.

ABC: Amazing, Best in Class!
One of the best purchases ever. Very satisfied with the art mode, features including AI functions as well as the picture quality being one of the best! My wife and I made the best decision of getting this as soon as we can.

Terrible decision
Very bad quality, the screen is black and nobody can fix it. Terrible quality and the guarantee doesn’t work. I have been calling and finally someone came but for nothing because they didn’t fix it.

.Improved performance. Same Tizen OS
The 2024 the frame tv is a big improvement from the 2022 tv that I also own. However, there are still improvement to be made. First, Tizen OS automatically limits the available apps that can be used. Love that the picture is so very clear!
Have really appreciated the clarity of the Frame TV by Samsung. I also appreciate that this device is so thin and of course the rotating art pieces when TV is not on. Samsung has another stellar electronic device!

Art Store is da bomb!!

Had to have. Not disappointed
I love everything about my frame tv. The colours are vibrant. The picture quality is great. I love how thin it is. I’ve only had it a few weeks but I’m thinking of getting another for my media room. No regrets!

Love my new TV
Love that it comes with stand and wall mount, all included in box. Set up was very easy and has more features than I expected like Samsung + channels.
Delughted with this product. The art display was what I really wanted so I don’t have a big black hole on the wall, my living space now looks complete.

Love it!
I have always hated the look of a tv in a room until this one. I absolutely love the art mode - it adds to the room decor vs a big, black box that takes away from it. The picture quality is beautiful and at times feels multidimensional. This tv exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with it.

I have had the tv for a little under a year and it works well, deals with glare and seamlessly streams to meet our needs. The only drawback is the interface can be a bit glitchy at times, and sometimes randomly blasts music on powering up.

Great features and aesthetically pleasing!
Got this TV a few months ago and it has been my favourite ever! Easy to operate and connect services from phone and other devices, beautiful resolution and aesthetically pleasing as the thin frame makes it almost look like a painting.
