Would not recommend
Samsung Frame TV isn’t performing the way it should. From the start, I’ve had several recurring issues that make me believe the unit may be defective. The volume output is unusually low, the screen flickers at random, and the WiFi disconnects frequently. The TV will also go completely black without warning.

Lovely TV
We absolutely love this product. The 4 star relates to the promotional offer varying by demographic. The TV size and window of purchase would be eligible for the 2yr promotion artwork offer. However, given the geographic location of our purchase, we were ineligible. While disappointing to us, it really just means we will never pay for the program now. Had we had it...

Excellent TV and features
The Frame TV looks great... just as advertised! it appears as though we have an art frame on the wall. We haven't bought any of the artwork options yet but were able to transfer some of our own photos which is great. Lots of options and display/resolutions are great.

Love it
Love my Samsung Frame. I have 3 of them now and planning to buy another one. I love that it looks like a piece of art in the room. We never get any glare when watching. Great product!

Great Product
The design is sleek and clever—when mounted using the Slim Fit Wall Mount the TV sits almost flush and it genuinely gives the feel of "art on the wall" when in Art Mode.

I bought this in July or August for my second home and I absolutely love it!!!!!

Creates the atmosphere we are looking for
My husband bought this for me for Mothers Day and it is a beautiful addition to our home by blending into our space without the dominance of just being an electric black screen. Instead, the art work options and versatility creates more of a “home” feel. Love it

Fantastic Picture, Disappears in Room, Slim
We now have >5 FrameTV's from 42-75" and they're all stellar products. These TV's literally disappear into your room. Moreover, the artwork available is stellar and wide-ranging. Finally, the picture quality, viewability, and universality of adding use as a computer monitor, AppleTV/ROKU, etc., just work elegantly and with no intervention.

Thank you for your feedback on the lip sync issues you're experiencing with your TV. This may be related to the content source, but if you're noticing the audio delay across all sources or channels, especially when using an external speaker setup (soundbar, receiver, etc.), there are a few settings that may help:
1. Adjust Digital Audio Delay. You can manually increase the audio delay to better match the video: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay
2. Enable Audio Pass-Through. Samsung TVs include an audio pass-through option, which sends the audio signal directly to your connected soundbar or receiver without additional processing by the TV. This can reduce delay when using external audio devices: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through
3. Check for Firmware Updates. Ensure your TV is running the latest software, which may include performance improvements related to sound or sync: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

Pretty tv, hard to find live channels. FRUSTRATING
I love the art on my Samsung frame tv. I have extreme difficulty getting live channels like cnn. It often reverts to netflix. Have called on my dealer 3 times to come out and fix this. Doesn't stay fixed.

Outstanding quality
The best set I have ever had. The anti glare screen is better than I expected, and the picture quality is superb. The art work is simply amazing in clarity and detail. I liked it so much that I now have 2 frame TV's.

Breath taking!! Magnificent!!
What a piece of high quality technology!! Never imagined the art display of being so fiercely real!! Had I known i would have gotten this TV from a long time ago ! Brights up my living room and hear tons of compliments!! Technology at one of its best on the wall ! Thank you Samsung!
