Failed in a week.
Top edge of screen had a dark spot which is now turning into 4 dark spots and the entire screen is wavy. I have samsung phones, head phones 4 other Samsung tvs Samsung appliances but this is the largest TV I ever bought and its already failing in a week highly disappointing hopefully the service tech can replace this for a better model after all the other bad reviews.

Samsung 43" QLED
Our new TV has a awesome picture, we was really impressed with how good it was.. I have it hooked up to DirecTV and ROKU STICK. I'm going to buy another one for my Shop.

Crisp & Clear
This is a very beautiful TV. I’m very very particular, when it comes to clarity, connectivity and so much more. I prefer a higher refresher rate. Although 60Hz isn’t bad. Great TV
Great TV for an excellent price. Very good picture with a variety of screens to fit what you are viewing.
(Dynamic, film, etc.)
Many features that I have not even explored yet.
Very easy to connect and navigate.

Excellent Picture
The size of the frame and Picture quality is excellent, however, the sound quality should be looked into which is why my overrall rating is a 4. However, since I'm not tech savvy I won't blame the designers.

7 years of updates
This TV was easy to install and set up with our current cable service and our streaming services. It's got a good picture. The reason we bought this TV instead of another brand, though, was that it is advertised as having 7 years of updates.

Regretful Purchase
We do not like this TV. While the picture quality is fine the software and remote both seem to have been designed by a 5 yr old. Very disappointing. Wish we had not bought it.

Signal transmission delays
It seems that Samsung TVs All have fbe same manufacturer defect! The Remote control and the TV do not speak to or transmit there signal immediately, causing delays, freezes, glitches, needs to restart or reboot, and just ANNOYING! Every model I have no matter the size!

Re-pair the remote – Stand within 1 foot of your TV and press Return and Play/Pause simultaneously for at least 5 seconds. A message should appear confirming it's connected. 2. Check the battery level – Go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Remote Control 3. Ensure proper charging – SolarCell Remotes can charge using: o Room light or direct sunlight (solar panel should face light source) o USB-C cable (preferably Samsung-branded) 4. Update your TV’s firmware – Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now 5.
