Is there any other kind of pencil.
The pencil is easy to write with and glides smoothly on the paper; no skips or jumps like wooden pencils. Never needs sharpening. Excellent quality.

Pentel mech. pencil comparison
This Pentel P205B is identical to the Pentel P205A except its burgundy rather than black and its $0.90 more expensive. Can't see the difference.
