Game Changer
This capture card really took my streaming set up to another level. While the previous capture cards took care of me, you really see the difference on OBS and Discord. Playing GOW was an absolute thrill with this game changer!

Horrible Product
Ever since I purchased this junk, I have had nonstop problems. For the last 2 years videos would randomly buffer, the audio lags behind randomly. I am just over it and Elgato has officially lost a customer because this is ridiculous. Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT waste your money on this junk.

While our Capture software corrects audio we know that e.g. OBS ignores audio timestamps. You can get better audio if you use our software. Available at elgato.com.

No capture device detected or black screen
I am having an issue that is seeming pretty common with this specific capture card. It worked just fine for about a month or two, but after some time it just goes black. I have a MacBook and use OBS studio to record my videos, and no matter what I do it always gives me a black screen (or something along the lines of no device detected), it is not a software issue throug...

This is not user friendly with playstation 5 at all, there's too many steps involved to get the audio, party audio, and video to record on windows. there is little to no explanation on how to get it to work on OBS, almost every single sub-reddit, and youtube video is just showing the physical setup part. About the Playstation, HDCP must be turned off, we respect copyright protection. The audio of the Playstation cannot be multiplied and there is no monitoring for your own audio, Sony would have to take action. However, we have developed the Chat Link /Pro/ Cable to offer a solution.

I can see the video on OBS but I don't hear audio.
I recently bought a new PC that was a major upgrade from my laptop. I wanted to do dual streaming with my PC and my old laptop. I got everything to work with my visuals but there is no audio, I would like to get that resolved as I am very close to be able to stream.

we're here to help.
When you mention a dual PC setup, are you listening to your game through your headset/speakers?
Your system usually only uses one audio output. If you have one of our Wave devices connected, you can route a second output to your capture card with our Wave Link software. If you don't have one, you can still use our Sound Capture software, which is part of our Game Capture software, and use multiple outputs by selecting the Advanced tab and selecting your headset and HDMI output.

A great starter card.
The HD60 x is a great card for beginning streamers. The best feature is it's simple set up that allows plug and play like setup.

Dear customer,
The HD60 X is an UVC - it is not possible for the device to be addressed by several apps at the same time.
In our 4K Capture Utility, we have therefore added the option to activate "Stream Link" in the settings. This allows the image to be transferred to OBS and displayed there as an NDI source at the same time. We hope this helps.

Worked one time,..
It worked one time, but now always says no capture devices found no matter what I do. I've tried every single fix I could find. The passthrough is working fine, but the software can't see my device. Terrible.

Exceeded my expectations. I'm really happy with it

Superb video quality, too many audio issues
I'm a streamer on Twitch and have wanted to stream games on my Xbox Series S for a while. I caved in and decided to buy this capture card. Audio Issues
Immediately after taking this out of the box and setting it up to capture my Switch output, the audio was popping and crackling and sounding just awful. Tried multiple trouble shooting guides, etc. and I couldn't get it fixed.

Exactly What You Need For Console Games
As someone who plays MLB The Show on the next gen consoles a LOT, the timing of this card coming out was PERFECT! It's great to be able to stream and still take advantage of 120+ fps gaming. This is definitely one of the best capture cards if you create content for next gen console games!

The next generation in game capture
I have been using a dual PC setup for years, and one thing that has always been an issue for me has been screen tearing (both on my monitor and on stream). I now can have high frame rates and not worry about the quality of my stream with stream tearing. Plus, the new design with all of the plugs on the back make it so much easier to place on my desk without clutter.

Great step in the right direction!
The product works as advertised... Mostly. You'll be getting your 4K, 60hz, VRR passthrough with 1440, 120hz. Except sometimes my Xbox Series X did not have 1440p as an option.
