    Bring your broken tablet to Staples for repair. A Staples tech associate will walk you through an intake process. If your device qualifies for repair, we will mail your tablet to our expert repair technicians. Your tablet will be ready for pickup in 7-10 days.

  • Are appointments necessary and how long does a tablet repair take?

    No appointment is necessary. Mail-In tablet repairs can take up to 7-10 days.

  • Does the repair come with a warranty?

    Our parts all come with a 1-year limited warranty covering phones with any defects. We are not responsible for accidental damage done to a device after a repair. Water damage occurring will also void the warranty on the repair.

  • Will I need to provide my passcode?

    For full testing on your repaired device, we will need your passcode. If you do not want to provide your passcode, you can accept partial testing.

  • What happens if I have an issue with my tablet after I get it repaired?

    We will work with you to remedy the situation with no additional cost as long as it is within the 30 day return period or 1-year limited warranty period. Our Parts all come with a 1-year limited warranty covering phones with any defects. We are not responsible for accidental damage done to a device after a repair. Water damage occurring will also void the warranty on the repair.

  • My tablet is still in contract. Should I come to Staples for my repair?

    If your tablet is under contract, you should contact your warranty provider for repair as Staples is not an authorized repair center. Opening the device will void your warranty.
