Choose your screen protection level
Tablet and iPad screen protectors are available in a variety of materials, including glass, plastic, and even tempered glass. Tempered glass is the most durable option, but is also the priciest. Tempered glass tablet screen protectors are made from heat-treated glass designed to withstand high impact for maximum protection. Plastic and PET film screen protectors are made from thin sheets of material that are designed to absorb impact. These screen protectors offer nearly as good of protection at a fraction of the cost of tempered glass protectors. However, remember that these materials are less scratch-resistant than tempered glass.
Fit is most important
Make sure to choose a size tablet screen protector that will fit your device snugly. There should be no gaps between the protector's edge and the tablet's screen. Second, consider the thickness of the screen protector.
