Simply install the antenna on a mast, wall, roof, or railing. Then connect it to your TV, run a channel scan, and start watching your favorite shows! To maintain your channel lineup, run a channel scan monthly and anytime a channel is lost. This antenna is designed to pick up VHF channels 7 through 13 (frequency range of 174 MHz to 216 MHz) and UHF channels 14 through 36 (frequency range of 470 MHz to 608 MHz). - Note that TV UHF channels from 38 to 51 have moved/are moving to UHF channels from 14 to 36 while some UHF channels have moved/are moving to low VHF (channels 2-6) and high VHF (channels 7-13) bands; this does not affect the displayed TV channel number but does mean TV sets will need to be rescanned once a month
