"Did the job"

I used this to connect my portable USB 2.0 flash drive to a high speed port on the back of my computer. I had been using a port on the front of my DELL desktop...Read complete review

I used this to connect my portable USB 2.0 flash drive to a high speed port on the back of my computer. I had been using a port on the front of my DELL desktop (open the cover and lie on the floor to find the port), but my software said that the front port was not high speed. Now I have a connection available on my desk without added accessories that need to be plugged into a wall socket. Great for Quickbooks backup. And since there is just one connection, my computer doesn't need time to think about which port has the device.

        My husband is left handed and I am not. We both use the same computer which has a mouse pad on each side! Our corded logitech mouse reached the right hand mouse pad , but would not reach the left. The belkin extender worked great to give us each enough cord to use the mouse.
