After having purchased this padfolio to be better for professional job interviews (writing pages plus holder of already printed pages -like resumes), I was mostly pleased.
- The legal pad that was included only had lines on one-side,
+ but could be replaced very easily.
+ The business card pocket is sufficient,
- unless you need better visibility for a quick-retrieval.
- The credit-card holder on the inside-left panel could not also store business-cards horizontally,
+ but only vertically... which does work.
- Mostly, however, I was disappointed that the document-holder (the main purpose for the inside left panel) could not easily store pages. If I tried inserting 1 loose resume (which needed to stay crisp and wrinkle-free), the furthest corner [bottom-left] could not be convinced to open/ to receive the document. If I tried multiple pages for power, then the space was even tighter. Either way, I was prevented from putting the pages in far enough to keep them from becoming creased on the right edge by the pen holder or the folding of the padfolio.

I believe in buying value and quality...one gets what s/he pays for. I want something that lasts and looks great for a prolonged time. This leather padfolio is just right. It is functional, looks great, and is quality construction. It may cost a little more than the next alternative, but it is worth the extra money.
