Sent me a used item
When I received the item I knew it looked used but I wanted to give staples the benefit of the doubt. The box was resealed with packing tape but still looked like a return. When I opened the package the screws had wall residue, were stripped and the bag they were in was really dusty. The shelf itself was chipped and it looked like someone tried to screw it into the wal...

The shelf was nice looking and easy to mount. I mounted it on a TV stand and not on the wall. It was exactly what I needed to hold my DVR.
