Old USB cable would not connect new printer to new computer. Spoke with HP and they suggested that I buy a new USB. I was doubtful, because my old USB fit both new printer and new computer. After conferring with Staples, I discovered the new USB works fine. I am delighted.

I am always unhappy when I have to buy a cord as I think things should come with them.
It works fine but I must say that they do not make things like they used to. That goes with everything these days.
It works fine and was fast and easy to set up with my new printer.

I was using a four foot printer cord that was always coming unattached from the printer. The six foot cord makes everything work better. The staff at Staples knew just what I needed so it all worked the first time.
