Use this Staples slant-ring binder to protect pages and tabbed inserts with its wider, archival-safe cover.

This slant-ring binder with label holder is designed with wide cover panels so it hides and protects divider pages and sheet protectors. The panel is made from archival-safe nonstick material to prevent printer ink transfer and allow for easy access to documents. The binder spine has a clear pocket for inserting a custom-made identifying label. Durable rings in the Staples standard 2-inch D-ring binder hold more paper than a binder with round rings of a similar size. The gap-resistant rings are back-mounted so that the binder opens fully and lies flat to allow users to write and work with the documents.

Protect Documents
The Staples standard 2-inch D-ring binder provides four-way protection for document sheets. PVC-free eco-friendly covers are archival-safe to ensure that print material will not blotch or transfer onto the covers themselves. Nonstick material is used in construction of the covers, so the top document sheet maintains integrity when the binder is opened. The panel covers are also wider than other standard binders and will hide and protect tabbed divider pages and protector sheets when closed. D-rings are designed to minimize gaps when they are closed, which minimizes the chance that paper and ring-holes will tear.

Extra Storage Room
The Staples slant-ring binder holds paper tightly with its D-ring construction, which can accept up to 25 percent more documents than a binder with a round-ring construction. Up to 500 sheets of letter-size documents can comfortably fit in this binder. Back-mounted rings allow users to open the binder fully and to use it comfortably on flat work surfaces. The front and back covers of the slant-ring binder with label holder house an interior pocket that provides extra space for holding and organizing documents and materials.
