Scanning Directly to Online Accounts
Install Epson Document Capture on your accompanying PC or Mac, and scan documents and images directly to your hard drive and online accounts such as Dropbox or Google Drive, email or an FTP server.

Scanning to Searchable Editable File Formats
The included OCR software enables you to scan documents to editable Word and Excel files or save scanned information as searchable PDF files. Text enhancement for color, black and white, and grayscale helps improve OCR accuracy, ensuring the capture records the original document as correctly as possible.

Intelligent Color and Image Adjustment
The Color Enhance feature allows you to select and enhance a color that might not otherwise show up during a black-and-white scan, such as a signature or a section of printing made using pale blue. The Color Dropout feature lets you choose to ignore colors that might cause problems during scanning, such as a customer invoice printed on pink paper. Dropping out all of the color red leaves you with a clear, crisp black-and-white image.
