Very attractive and professional looking. As a businessman we receive or need to add a lot of 3 ring brochures, lecture items, etc. There is no place to neatly keep this in with your notes. To add your own items you would need a customized hole punch. It is also very difficult to add even extra paper that is designed for it. Very Impractical.

Saw this on display and thought it would help my organization at work. Definitely a great idea. Already started using it and loving the customization you can do to this. Very simple. Only con which across the board i'm reading is that you have to be careful with the pages when changing the book up. Otherwise a sturdy cool idea.

Q:
I have purchased the larger rings for my book, but I can't figure out an easy way to change them out- is there an online tutorial? I don't wish to call the helpline-- the times I am available to work on this are late at night. Would be nice if instructions came with the replacement rings.

  The Q & A section of this product page instruct customers to transfer pages from the old notebook to the new notebook. It is indicated that the pages are removable but the rings do not open (the pages have "cuts" that are designed to slide on to your larger rings after pulling out the pages from the one with the smaller rings).

  The rings do not open on the notebook, the actual pages have cuts in them for every ring & you can reposition the narrow-ruled sheets - simply pull out pages and move from one section to another. If you click on the picture, there are more views; the top 3rd view shows the cuts in the paper.

  The system is completely compatible with Levenger products. I use both systems interchangeably without issue. I have Levenger paper in Arc notebooks and vice versa. I use my Levenger hole punch to insert new pages into my Arc notebooks.
