The pockets are not substantial enough to allow for the operation of the "flipping" of the divider...better to just leave it to a single, more substantial piece without the pocket

Great for helping my middle schooler get organized. Doesn't bulk up the binder like the folders that many students use in their binders, but lets them separate homework, etc. by subject before AND after filing it in the notebook!
