    I've only used two of these on the back of my desk so far, one for the laptop's power cord, and the other for all my other cables that I connect to my laptop when sitting at my desk. Aside from the power cord, which has a larger head than the clip itself, most of my cables have a smaller head that wouldn't be held up by these clips alone. So to resolve that, I just put binder clips on them, which allows them to remain out of sight, but still be able to hold the cables up when detached. I haven't had the need to remove them yet, nor will I need to anytime soon; so I don't know how easy or difficult they will be to remove.

          These were great and exactly what I needed. I was carrying around a few smaller sized versions in the store when I finally spied these ones and grabbed them. They were perfect for corralling the nest of cables under my desk that kept getting tangled in my feet.
