Organize your office, classroom, or medical facility with these reinforced fastener folders from Staples. These folders are made using 10 percent postconsumer recycled content.

Three Tab Positions
These folders come in three tab assortments, and each pack contains a variety of each one, giving you increased tab visibility in your filing cabinet. Each tab has a 1/3 cut to give you more room for labeling.

Embedded Fasteners
These embedded fasteners have a 2-inch capacity and can be used to attach documents to either side of the open folder. The fasteners hold your documents securely in the folder, so you don't have to worry about flyaway papers.

Durable Folder
The eleven-point stock holds up well to everyday use. In addition to the buff color, you can also get blue, green, and red fastener folders to add variety to your filing system.

Being able to group items on the left and right side of the folders has made finding information quick and easy, too.

These file folders are very helpful to keep client files in order. With a client name on each tab we can easily find the relavent file quickly. You need a two hole punch to put holes in the paper that goes in the file. Then we put the client contact information along with contract documents on the left side of the folder for quick access and reference. After each session we put the session note on the right side of the folder. Session notes get filed with the most recent visit on top. This makes it easy to track, review and discuss the clients' progress.

              Position 1 would refer to the fastener being at the top of the left side of the folder and Position 3 would be at the top of the right side when you open the folder like a book. To place an order for this item, please call Staples at 1-800-333-3330.

This folder has 2" bonded fasteners on front and back covers & double sided fastener on each inner partition. The folder is made of durable 18 pt. manila covers and dividers.
