Accuform Signs® "SPECIAL.." 5 3/4" x 3 1/4" PF-Cardstock production control tag is tear, chemical resistant and is made of 15 mil rigid material that can withstand tough industrial environments, sold as 25 per pack.
Accuform Signs® "SPECIAL.." PF-Cardstock production control tag in black on yellow has 3/8" hole at the top which is reinforced with metal grommet. Tag has a matte surface that is easy to write on with a pen or marker, sold as 25 per pack.
