Does Staples match competitors' prices?
Staples offers an In Store Price Match Policy for eligible products and custom print products purchased in Staples stores. Staples.com does not match competitors' prices.
What happens if I buy something on staples.com and then staples.com discounts it?
If you purchase an eligible item from staples.com and tell us within 14 days that you found that item at a lower price on staples.com, we will refund the difference (excluding, but not limited to, timed deals, Black Friday and Cyber Monday pricing, liquidation and clearance).
