This is Lambro's 4-In. Aluminum Roof Cap for venting bathroom exhaust fans. The damper design allows for outbound airflow and no back draft from outside air. The metal screen prevents outside elements from entering through the vent. It boasts a screen, damper, and 1.75 in. collar.
