Directions are printed on the box in English & Spanish. Updated to reflect new science in the 2010 AHA Guidelines for CPR & ECC. Designed for anyone who wants to learn CPR but does not need a course completion card. It is a self-directed learning program that makes it easy to learn CPR techniques at home.
