Putting together a major mailing is an undertaking, to be sure. You have to assemble well-organized papers, ensure you have the right postage, and select the right packaging to fit the documents you have to send. Luckily, selecting the right commercial envelope isn't as hard as you might think, given the many options available these days.

Securing Your Correspondence: Adhesive and Security Tint
Mail supplies may seem like tried-and-true items, but there are a variety of additions that help them function even better. Adding security stripes and tints to commercial window envelopes has allowed sensitive documents to be sent in a way where it is much harder to read what is inside the envelope without opening it. Traditional gummed envelopes still exist, but there are also fast-seal envelopes that don't have to be moistened. You just remove a paper strip to expose the ready adhesive, and your commercial window envelope is ready to go, with a consistent seal every time to maintain the security of your mailing.

Shapes and Sizes for The Mailing You Need
There are many standard sizes of envelopes, each with different mailing classes and rates, so make sure that you pick an envelope that fits a standard size if you'll be sending through the post.
