Whether you're getting ready to mail invoices, invitations, or sending letters, having the right kind of envelope can make a huge difference. With many different options of size, window, and weight, the correct envelope for your needs is within reach. Choose from moistenable glue or self-stick options to ensure your letter safely makes it to the destination.

Sealing
There are many different sealing options available. With moistenable glue on the back of the envelope, the envelopes can be dabbed with a special sponge to activate the glue for super strong sealing. Larger envelopes offer a choice where they have a clasp and moistenable glue, offering double protection. Some envelopes offer a self-seal adhesive strip where a piece of plastic is peeled off, revealing a sticky surface underneath. Be sure your envelope stays secured through the mail service with the moistenable glue option.

Transparent Windows
Most of the envelopes that have the moistenable glue also offer windows in multiple locations. The plastic windows allow the shipping addresses to show through, so labels aren't necessary. There are specialty envelopes for W2s for mailing to employees where the window location is lined up to match W2 and 1099 forms. Other envelopes have the windows where the return address area and the mailing address areas are visible, making it easy to print and send invoices or checks.

Security Tint
Don't use cheap envelopes that easily split and aren't suitable for secure mailing. Choose one that is designed with a premium security printed design to protect sensitive information while in transit. Pick an envelope with moistenable glue, security tint, and proper window placement to guarantee your that correspondence makes it safely to its recipient.
